Limited Trading Authorization - Service Provider

You are appointing the Service Provider solely at your own risk. Past performance of the Service Provider is not a guarantee of future performance.

Note for existing clients of FXCM:

• FXCM will need to create a new trading account on your behalf to allow copy-trading on that account solely.
• To transfer a balance from an existing FXCM account to the new ZuluTrade trading account, please submit a request of Transfer of Funds via MyFXCM after you receive your new trading account details.

This form shall supplement and be interpreted with the Terms of Business. All capitalized terms that are not defined herein, shall have the meaning defined in the Terms of Business.

1. You, the undersigned account owner of a trading account with FXCM, hereby provide this Limited Trading Authorisation for the trading system, program, software, algorithm, or other service identified below (the "Service Provider" and it is intended that the defined term "Service Provider in the Terms shall include the service or entity identified herein).
2. You hereby confirm that you have made your own investigations and conducted research into your Service Provider sufficient to make an informed investment decision. You acknowledge that you have inquired with your Service Provider and are satisfied with the volume of trading and resulting fees or commissions (if any) to be generated by your Service Provider and you shall monitor all activity of the Service Provider. Further, you fully understand the limitations of hypothetical back-testing and real-time track records in predicting future performance.
3. You hereby authorise the Service Provider to submit Orders and enter Transactions for your Account, and FXCM may rely upon such authorisation.
4. You acknowledge FXCM has not recommended the Service Provider to you and you choose the Service Provider at your own risk. Accordingly, you agree that FXCM will not be held responsible for performance or trading losses incurred in your Account as a result of your use of the Service Provider.
5. FXCM may act upon the authority given by this Limited Trading Authorisation until you revoke the authority by submitting the revocation form found on www.myfxcm.com. FXCM may also terminate this Limited Trading Authorisation at any time with or without notice.
6. FXCM is hereby authorised to deduct from your Account, and pay to the Service Provider, the following fees:
   • Subscription fee of $30 USD per month. (Waived for the first 3 months of activation)
   • 25% of trading profits, as calculated by Service Provider.
